Honey Roasted Red Potatoes

For a simple side dish, why not try this delicious easy recipe, honey roasted red potatoes.

Serve with a succulent steak or perhaps even a curry dish. Believe me, it goes extremely well!


  • 1 pound of red potatoes, quartered

  • 2 tablespoons of chopped onions

  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter

  • 1 tablespoon of honey

  • 1 teaspoon of dry mustard

  • Pinch of salt and pepper to season

  • Olive oil


  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

  • With a little olive oil, lightly coat your baking dish.

  • Place the potatoes in the dish (single layer) and top with the chopped onions.

  • In a separate bowl, combine the melted butter, honey, mustard and pepper.

  • Pour over the potatoes and onion.

  • Bake in the oven for 35 minutes until tender, stirring part way through.
