For a simple side dish, why not try this delicious easy recipe, honey roasted red potatoes.
Serve with a succulent steak or perhaps even a curry dish. Believe me, it goes extremely well!
1 pound of red potatoes, quartered
2 tablespoons of chopped onions
2 tablespoons of melted butter
1 tablespoon of honey
1 teaspoon of dry mustard
Pinch of salt and pepper to season
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
With a little olive oil, lightly coat your baking dish.
Place the potatoes in the dish (single layer) and top with the chopped onions.
In a separate bowl, combine the melted butter, honey, mustard and pepper.
Pour over the potatoes and onion.
Bake in the oven for 35 minutes until tender, stirring part way through.
