Summer nights and cocktails are a marriage made in heaven!
Add this refreshing drink to your collection of easy cocktail recipes to make.
Ingredients
400g punnet of strawberries
700ml bottle of gin (your preference on this one)
100g caster sugar
Method
Slice the strawberries.
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl (apart from the ice).
Pour into a sterilized Kilner preserve jar.
Store in the fridge and stir every 2 days for 3 weeks.
Strain the ingredients through a coffee filter or muslin cloth.
Serve with ice cubes
